At Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, we are optimistic about the future and hope you are too, but understand it is challenging to make plans right now. We are happy to share we are welcoming reservations beginning May 29^th and have implemented new policies to ensure there is no risk for you when booking your stay.

For reservations at our Oceanfront Lodge arriving before July 1^st, a deposit will not be required upon your booking, and you will be able to cancel your reservation up to 48-hours before your arrival date. We will call to confirm your reservation two days before your arrival and will take deposits at that time. For bookings arriving on July 1^st, a deposit will be due upon making the reservations, and cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before avoiding the penalty of one night’s room and tax.

For reservations at our Oceanfront Cottages arriving before July 1^st, deposits will be taken 48 hours before the arrival date.  Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.  For reservations arriving July 1st and after, deposits are due upon making the reservation and cancellations may be made up to 7 days before arrival to avoid penalty.

We are following all guidelines set forth by the Federal Government, and our number one commitment is doing the right thing for the safety of our employees, guests, and community. We will be diligent in communicating with you should our estimated opening dates change and welcome hearing from you as you plan your get-a-way.
