Operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts since March 2024, Headlands continues to embody refined comfort and genuine Oregon hospitality.

With just 33 oceanfront guest rooms and 18 spacious cottages overlooking Pacific City’s iconic Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda, Headlands offers an intimate connection to the elements.
