Luxury, Oregon Style
Since welcoming guests in 2018, Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, A Noble House Resort, has become a defining destination on Oregon’s North Coast, where rugged natural beauty meets thoughtful design and heartfelt hospitality. Conceived by Scott Edwards Architecture of Portland, with interiors by EDG Design of the San Francisco Bay Area and construction by O’Brien & Company of Cannon Beach, the lodge blends modern Pacific Northwest architecture with timeless coastal character. Operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts since March 2024, Headlands continues to embody refined comfort and genuine Oregon hospitality.

Where the Ocean Meets the Lodge
With just 33 oceanfront guest rooms and 18 spacious cottages overlooking Pacific City’s iconic Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda, Headlands offers an intimate connection to the elements. Each space is crafted with Oregon hardwoods, private balconies, soaking tubs with a view, and thoughtful details that reflect the beauty of the coast.
Head Out or Stay In
Adventure begins right outside our doors. Head out with our on-site Adventure Coaches for a hike, tide pooling excursion or kayaking. Stay in and unwind at Tidepools Spa & Wellness, where ocean-inspired massage and facial treatments and the outdoor hot tub invite deep relaxation.

Savor the Coast
At Meridian Restaurant & Bar, Pacific Northwest flavors come to life in a casually elegant setting overlooking the surf. Local ingredients from the ocean, nearby farms and Mary’s Herb Garden inspire dishes that reflect the rhythm of the seasons and the essence of the coast.

Head to Headlands
Every stay at Headlands is rooted in connection to the land, the ocean and to one another. Whether you’re gathering by the wood-burning fireplace in the lobby, exploring the dunes, or watching dories return to the sand, Headlands is a place to recharge, reconnect and return to again and again.
