At Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, we’re committed to making the rugged beauty of the Oregon Coast accessible to all. From our thoughtfully designed guest rooms to the accessible features throughout the lodge, every detail is intended to ensure a seamless and restorative experience for every guest.
Accessible Guest Rooms
We offer two oceanfront guest rooms with accessibility features, both with sweeping views of Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. The Corner King Sunlight Accessible includes additional south-facing windows and an expanded living area, while the King Sunlight Accessible offers a spacious oceanfront layout. Both rooms feature private balconies with accessible access, roll-in showers with seats and grab bars, and the same refined coastal design, gas fireplaces and thoughtful in-room amenities found throughout the lodge.
Accessible Property Features
Accessible parking and entry are available near the main lodge entrance. Elevators provide easy access to all guest room levels, Meridian Restaurant & Bar and Tidepools Spa & Wellness. Common areas, including the lobby restrooms, are designed to accommodate guests using mobility devices. Our team is always available to assist with transportation, luggage or any specific accessibility requests to help ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa is proud to be listed on Wheel the World, an organization dedicated to making travel more accessible around the world. Headlands is accessibility verified through the platform, providing guests with trusted accessibility information to help plan their stay with confidence. Together, we’re helping make the Oregon Coast more accessible for all.
Beach Wheelchair Access
Complimentary beach wheelchair rentals are available at our sister property, Hart’s Camp. Thanks to the Tillamook Coast Visitors Association, guests, locals and visitors alike may reserve a wheelchair free of charge for up to three hours, making the sandy
shoreline of Pacific City easier for everyone to enjoy. To reserve a beach wheelchair in advance, please complete the request form, call 503.965.7006, or email [email protected].
For additional access, David’s Chair all-terrain mobility track chairs are available to rent just across the street with our friends at PC Pour Wine Bar, providing even more ways to explore the beach and surrounding trails with ease.
